Audiobook: The Life of Joseph Bishop by John W. Gray

A New Project by H. Martins

I believe that I said, in passing, that I wanted to do something like this. I do not want to end up being some slop account, being merely a rambler or blogger. I like to offer advice, such as in my political profiling article. And I like to discuss what is going on in the sphere, such as in my roundups. But, though I enjoy history, I reflected that it would be better to simply give people the books in audio format for listening, rather than to summarize them or to talk about them in some podcast. After all, they are not boring, as you might see with Joseph Bishop, who I wrote about months ago. So, I am announcing this new part of my Tennessee History Project. I will be doing this for Carr and Breazeale and Ingram’s Bell Witch account next, and perhaps for some essays in the vain of Mr. Bagby’s readings. I am sure there are small errors in the audio, and I apologize if the voice is occasionally too robotic. But it should suffice. Let me know if there is some major problem, like chapters being out of order. Otherwise, enjoy.
